an assurance that each piece of art, which we offer for sale on
the site, is a genuine work of the artist listed. All our works
of art are sourced directly from the artists and in conjunction
with our Partner Galleries. The artworks are further screened and
authenticated by affiliated experts.
However, in the unlikely event that any item, which
you purchase from SUCHITRRA ARTS, is subsequently proven to be unauthentic,
SUCHITRRA ARTS will refund the full purchase price and shipping
costs paid by you. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case
basis and requires that an established authority provide examinable
proof of questionable authenticity.
This guarantee holds for one year after the purchase
of the original artwork from SUCHITRRA ARTS, if:
- Only the actual buyer makes
the claim (The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any other
person)
- The item is returned in the same
condition that it was in, at the time of purchase
- The item was indisputably purchased
from us; and
- At the time of sale, there was no technique
available which could have helped us determine that the item was
not authentic.
